The first two pics are when Kit is at Bette and Tina's while Tina is packing away the baby things.  She tries to offer some comfort by letting Tina know that she doesn't need to do this herself.  The third picture is when Kit finally gets to perform one her songs at a nightclub.  This was arranged by Slim Daddy.  The fourth pic is Kit leaving the club with Slim after her performance.  See Transcripts to learn more about this.
